I work in the kitchen at the local Elm. school. Work starts soon and Im starting to feel the anxiety building up. Its an awesome place to work and I get along very well with everyone. But suddenly I'm dreading it.
I was invited to join my co-workers in a back to school get together. The thought of going is hurting. I love them, whats wrong with me? My pdoc and therapist knows my problem and I'm getting the help I need for it... my fear- what if I dont belong anymore? __________________ I asked God to keep me safe from my enemies, now half my friends are gone. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Bipolar I MDD -------------------------------------------------------------------- Lamictal-100mg Effexor-225mg Trazodone-100mg propranolol 80mg |
