No experience but acne seems to be a possible side affect

Have you tried modifying your diet, avoiding fatty foods, chocolate and other things that encourage acne? May be a way to diminish affect.
Also could talk to your doctor.

Yes I know my diet probably is to blame for part of it. I have an eating disorder so it's a little harder to deal with.

If you have tried other things maybe it is time to talk to a doctor.
