I found this on PsychCentral of all places. It is basically what I've used for years to calm my anxiety, anger and irritation. I thought it might help someone else. It's also a great thing to teach children early in life to help them over come stress and anxiety.

I use this as well sometimes. It's very highly recommended for general health even by, for instance, Andrew Weil
