every time I have to go somewhere I get sick like I have to get out of there at night I hate sleeping because I have this problem with feeling like floating in the air and then I quickly grasp something and the get frustrated and scared to go to sleep and then night is ruined and sleep during the day. I cant even go grocery shopping without getting sick only feel safe at home and my work because no one is there when I work ... wish things were better just don't know how

are you on meds for your anxiety. I take buspar which is non addictive but takes away all those anxiety symptoms. I am agoraphobic and this allows me to function when I go out into the world. take care.
