I am trying to handle my problems and be productive and im doin ok but at times I get overwhelmed with my duties as a mother. How can I maintain a balance with all the responsability? I love my family I want to be there for them but its hard to do these days. I have bpd and im bipolar so my moods shift and I dont have any confidence in myself. I dont know how to act like who am I today? Hope im making sense.

Do you get any professional support? Or even just parental support? Sounds like you're not giving yourself any/enough "me time". While your kids are of course a huge priority, you have to also make sure to remember #1. I'm not a parent and probably never will be one, so feel free to disregard these words.
