II found notes from when I was seven and was diagnosed with general anxiety disorder. My doctor told me it was triggered by a traumatic emotional event. Apparently that was when my bipolar grandpa, who used to call my brothers names and spray windex in our eyes, who I loved very much, snapped, said we were dead to him, and left forever. He was later diagnosed with terminal cancer.
Here it is complete with 7 year old spelling errors. ![]() Dear grandpa, You really broke my heart when you left like that. Ever since then I've been worieing. This is very sad, but also very sweet to be able to look back on.
