I totally agree with above post ! I'm still suffering from this sort of anxiety and I think drinking some water before those moments and sloooow deep breaths help a lot. Try avoiding drinks full of sugar such as coca cola, carbonated drinks and too much caffeinated drinks. At least in my experience these drinks make me even worse.and by the way you are not worthless ! And don't let the others to judge you! Most of them are worse than you and just hide their true anxiety by slagging you in front of people. Life is beautiful
