Having Hyertention and anxiety is a bad combination,However the Hypertention is what made go to therapy about my anxiety because i didnt want my blood pressure to ever get out of whack again. Sometimes im the only one that go through certain issues.I feel like if i would of dealt. With the anxiety early on .i wouldn't have gotten hypertention ay
at a young age .i got it at age28 and im now 31.thank God that my hypertention is under control.

I'm sure that some folks here do, PINK. We'll have to see. I definitely know that time-limited anxiety has really made my blood pressure go up. I was waiting to go into surgery on my stomach. When the nurse checked my blood pressure, it was through the roof!
