Like unplugging the iron no matter how many times I checked or, locking the door? I can never feel certain about things despite me checking repeatedly. Anybody else experience this? Not sure if its anxiety related but its really bothersome. I am often late to different things just because I went around checking everything once, twice, three or four times. Need some advice.

I think what you're describing might be more closely related to OCD, obsessive-compulsive disorder.. which I don't personally know too much about but I'm sure there are many around here who do; you may want to open up a topic in that forum as well.

![]() Maybe try making lists (in a little notepad you can carry with you or something) of all the things you have to check on a regular basis. After you check them, cross/check them off your list. That way you know you checked them. ![]()
