This is stupid, really, but I just accomplished something, that for me, is pretty big, plus it's also the first time ever I've had to do it:

My boiler has been malfunctioning since last night, giving us (myself and the other guy I live with; shared accommodation) no hot water or heating. There's nobody here but me, ... I called the maintenance guys as per the number on the boiler, so they're gonna send someone out to fix it today! Despite the HUGE amounts of anxiety, I managed it. I rang my dad up afterwards and was like, "I did it!" xD Felt like a toddler who just accomplished an evacuation of his bowels. ¬_¬

That's all, just wanted to share a little victory VS anxiety. :P

Great job. I know it feels good to feel we have done something we haven't before and succeed.

Whether progress is big or small, it is progress nonetheless, and is something to feel good and proud about. Well done mate

Thanks, guys - appreciate it. I feel like I'm kicking anxiety's bum, lately... hope this feeling lasts. I still get incredibly anxious, it's just that I fight past it and try to get on with it as best I can... guess I'm just handling it better than I used to? Who knows. xD Thank God for Propranolol, though.
