I have Generalized Anxiety.my biggest problem is eliminating some of the worry .can anyone share tip.on how they deal with worry?

One of my best ways to deal with worry is to talk it out with someone. Talking it out usually brings things down to a manageable size and I don't feel so alone.

I usually ask myself if there is anything i could do to fix or help make better the thing I am worried about. If so I do it, or write myself a reminder note to do it. If not then i seek something out that uses alot of mental energy such as a hobby or high pace work to distract me from it.
