Anyone else experience very bad fatigue on a daily basis? No matter how much rest you get, you're always tired and on the verge of an anxiety attack?
Thanks for this!

I find that I wear myself out mentally, fighting anxiety to keep it at bay. I woke up exhausted this morning after feeling find all day yesterday. So I'm moving around a lot and cooking a big meal. Something physical helps me. Cleaning, no matter how much I don't want to, even small tasks you've been putting off. Then you at least feel better knowing you accomplished something.

Wish I could move around a lot without feeling tired
