Reasons beyond my control, I have been without Ativan. I have had to walk through a lot of anxiety without it. I am proud that I have been able to do some normally scary things without thinking I need a pill. Now that I have Ativan, I am choosing not to take it. I take a lot of deep breathes.
Thanks for this!

I went off my medication for 6 months once. Then I decided to go back on them after I had a crisis. But, my goal is to eventually not need ALL of my meds. Good luck.
