I had my first panic attack when I was nine when I was at my house alone without my mom. And had a couple since then. The panic disorder turned into Generalized anxiety disorder. ANYWAYS, recently my anxiety has been bad. Whenever I go out to stores, I start to sweat and go pale. I don't know if it's my anxiety or something worse like diabetes. or something. Much love!

the only way to know for sure is to go check with your doctor. I often wonder if I am having heart problems. but then I tell myself if I am having heart problems I would have been dead a long time ago as often as I have them. I know it is only anxiety.

You should probably go get checked out by your doctor first and go from there. You will have a better idea what's going on. I tend to sweat and go pale in stores but only if the store is a small one or there are too many people there. It is only anxiety but it can get pretty scary so I just have to leave.

It's probably anxiety rather than diabetes, but I don't know for sure. As the others have said, you could check-up with your doctor and see what's up.

I'm sorry you're going through this If you're feeling anxiety, trying to relax, feeling it all in your body, and breathing deeply can help. Meditation can cut anxiety way down too. And while you're at the doctor's office, see if he can perhaps prescribe Xanax or Ativan for panic attacks.
