Do you think a mild case of Social Anxiety Disorder could be expressed by just a total fear of facing any authority figure (boss, significant other, anyone who could pose a problem or who has power over us)? I will do anything to avoid this. My major axis however is around Schizoid Personality Disorder, so maybe these above symptoms are just an offshoot of that. Hard to tell the difference, problem doesn't matter. Thanks for reading this.

You are not the only one who gets major anxiety over facing authority figures. Almost everybody does from time to time. It probably is part of the disorder in your case. Might have to do a little research on that to find out.

I also have this problem. I am extremely nervous and can't find the proper things to say to anyone superior. I put it down to my strict upbringing. ie:: speak when you're spoken to, do as you're told by doctors, teachers or else. Everyones different though, thats only my take on myself. I now tell myself, they're not superior as such, they have better positions in society, but have found most of these people down to earth, but a few.
