Ive noticed in the last few months when my anxiety levels are high, my head shakes as if Im saying no. Its doing it now because i have to go to work and the roads havent been cleared of snow. Is this my panic attacks or cyclothymia or something else..

Do you notice any tremors at other time? I had that happen to me but my hands also shook and it turned out to be a side effect of a medication I was on. I had it happen on two different meds, but it was made worse by anxiety.

Only when Im highly anxious/panicky, my hands shake too. Im not on any meds, decided to go it alone, maybe an unwise choice.
