I'm a teenage boy living with pretty bad anxiety and depression that comes and goes. I've been to the doctor countless times and he's constantly changing my prescription. Currently I'm on 40 mg Prozac daily and was on klonopin .5 mg 3 times daily until two days ago. I stopped taking the klonopin when I had a very bad night of sleep paralysis and just about had a panic attack brought on by a little girl I saw in my room during the ordeal. The next day I was sitting in class (having not taken the klonopin) and a loud ringing noise started but nobody else could here it and it got so loud I couldent hear a word anybody else was saying just see their mouths move so I knew they were talking. Then a voice that sounded like an adult man started saying check his heart check his heart and I could hear that same little girl from the night before saying he's got no pulse. They kept saying this louder and louder till I wanted to scream and I ran out to my car and drove home. I'm currently awaiting my doctor appointment since he could only get me in next week. Sometimes I can still here the girl whisper but can't make out what she's saying. Wtf is wrong with me? I feel like I'm going crazy!

Hi thtguysfriend

I am sorry that you are going through this.

It must be really frightening.

You're not crazy.

You're going through an episode, and there could be a variety of reasons for this.

Right now, the voices are saying weird things. Don't be too alarmed (scary, I know), but wait until you see your Doctor, I know it's only next week, but hang in there.

I get that from time to time. Usually an indicator of an episode I'm going through and some medication overhaul is usually always required, in my personal experience.

I do feel the need to say, that if these voices begin to become destructive, or start telling you to harm yourself, or start telling you to harm someone else - take yourself to the ER STRAIGHT AWAY.

Let us know how you go. Will be thinking of you.

I'm have something very similar happen to me too! At home I often hear the sound of a life support machine going blank and I get paralysed for about 5 seconds and then begin to panic. I'm scared that it means I'll die soon...

I wish you all the best :P

When I was first starting my medication, I heard a voice say "kill your family" but that's the only scary time I can remember.
