Resting and being quiet. Doing nothing to invite anxiety.

Now, after feeling relaxed for weeks, I'm starting to feel a bit uneasy.

I was calm during the day but now the anxiety is getting worse again. I have ear plugs in and that makes things worse but I just don't want to hear that noise at full volume.

Exercise is a powerful stress reducer. The level of anxiety for me goes up when the level of exercise goes down.

When I woke up my anxiety and depression were very high so I lay back down for a few hours and didn't get back up until after 11 and now my anxiety has been very bad ever since. It didn't help that the noise was too loud. I'm so scared. I took hydroxyzine but I didn't make coffee.

Low anxiety today except for earlier. I felt on the verge of having a panic attack but it never happened thankfully.
there are days when I have a panic attack or an anxiety attack and it goes too high I feel like calling my therapist up to help me with my anxiety . thank goodness I have a therapist who can help me over the phone in between sessions .I hate not having to hear my therapist's voice when im in between sessions like this .

Diagnosis: Anxiety and depression
meds : Cymbalta 90 mgs at night
Vistaril 2 25 mgs daily for anxiety prn
50 mgs at night for insomnia

My anxiety was good today. Had a lazy day at home with my son.

Yes I need my daily yoga and stretching to get the body loosened up and energized.

My anxiety level is fairly low today. The klonopin is working that and no stress.

Anxiety peaks at points. Very odd.... I get a rush of terror.... only to be followed by calm.
