Low anxiety today except for earlier. I felt on the verge of having a panic attack but it never happened thankfully. __________________ “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

Have had "that" feeling in the pit of my stomach all day. The butterflies wrestling around. Like something bad or scary is about to happen. I have no idea what I would be nervous about. Hate it when this happens.

First day I've woken up without crippling anxiety in about a week, I just got out of bed without a big internal battle going on. Hoping this lasts.

Felt on the verge of a panic attack again last night, but it didn't happen either. I think the Paxil may be helping me

Anxiety but it's not as intense as when I first got up. The akathisia from the Abilify is very difficult to deal with at times. Can't relax my feet for long before they're all tensed up and shaking again.

I couldn't stand being on Abilify because of the restlessness, hope it gets better for you

No anxiety, feeling great. Hope everyone else starts to feel better soon if you're not feeling good

No anxiety so far, it's only been a week but so far the Paxil seems to be greatly reducing my OCD traits and anxiety/panic.

I truly love Valium. I'm in a new city with a new dr and no pdoc, I don't know if I'll be able to get another script. That gives me anxiety.

Ha! wondered where everyone was so cut & paste from old thread-
Last night after going to bed I was all relaxed & feeling good & then my husband brought up an IRS letter we got couple of days ago & bam-that's all it took-thought I was gonna have a full blown panic attack-had to take Ativan (only have 1 left see pdoc next week) did my breathing, counted-got up several times, it was after 3am before I got to sleep. Glad I was able to sleep in this morning-today has been good so far-I have talked to my husband multiple times about triggers after bedtime but he does not get it. __________________ "This is just a moment in time. Lots of anxiety first thing in the morning at work. I get myself so worked up over things and have little outbursts of frustration, which usually leaves me feeling embarrassed about my behavior in front of my coworkers :S The anxious feeling simmered as the day went on though... thankfully

Keep trying to 'push through' the anxiety. Went to the mall AGAIN today and had no anxiety at all! Yay!

Woke up today with no anxiety. Ended up having to take Klonopin last night as I was so restless I couldn't sit still. I'll see how today goes. Now I've been on Paxil a full week.
