Hi everyone.

I wrote a book called 1-Minute Habits (currently free: 1-Minute Habits: Optimise Your Brain, Form Any Habit And Live A Fulfilled Life - Kindle edition by Raghib Ahmed. Health, Fitness & Dieting Kindle eBooks @ Amazon.com.), dedicated to people who need some help in making progress with their goals and improving their lives.

A brief backstory

For as long as I can remember, I've had anxiety related health problems - anxiety disorders, digestive disorders, sleep disorders, etc. It all made it really difficult for me to work towards the things that mattered. I'd have no energy. I was frustrated. And I was ill. I'd try to work towards my goals, but would always give up. I couldn't seem to ever make any meaningful progress.

Eventually, things got really bad, and I was desperate to find a way to improve my life. A way that would actually give me lasting progress and benefits.

So I read, researched, and applied, and FINALLY, found a way that worked. That way is, by using the 1-Minute Habits System. It has helped me to make some lasting progress towards my goals, such as being in the best health of my life, being able to get good night's sleep, and being able to write a book.

The main obstacles I would face when I tried to achieve my goals, were:
  • Not knowing the right strategy that leads to lasting progress and success.
  • Not having any energy or willpower due to my anxiety and other health problems.

In 1-Minute Habits, I show exactly how to overcome these obstacles, so that we can work towards achieving what we want and towards feeling better. The book is also revolved around peer-reviewed studies and practical guidance (with step-by-step examples).

What I've wrote has helped me in a number of ways, and I really hope it helps you too.

If the book sounds interesting to you then check it out. I'd love to hear what you guys think of it

P.S. if you don't have a Kindle, then you can download a free Kindle app to read it on all sorts of devices.

Congratulations on feeling better, and being a published author!

I have too many books on my plate to add another one at this moment, but I think it is very kind of you to share it here for those that need it. Thank you for that
