When I was younger I used to get a feeling that I called "homesick", but I would get this feeling whether I was at home or not.. Just as random times. Obviously this turned out to be anxiety.. Now, my daily struggle is staying "comfortable." By this I mean, emotionally comfortable. Sometimes it's certain shows on Netflix that help, or sitting in one spot on the couch.. Whatever it is, it will bring me comfort as I call it. Although I think that is just feeling normal. Does anyone else experience anything like this?
Thanks for this!
