I am freaking out!!!!!
I've written to so many so my friends.
It's been years for some reading about my sad stuff.
I have been working on positive feelings and being grateful.
It has worked.

Now I have been having more anxiety.
I have been working on myself to deal with depression. I thought I had a handle on anxiety as it wasn't as severe as depression.
Now, I am dealing with this.

Writing here to let it out.

I am letting the feeling pass through me then let it go.

This seems difficult.

Hi eggplantlife

I am sorry to hear that you are going through anxiety.

It's a really uncomfortable feeling, sometimes both physically as well as emotionally too.

Look after yourself during this fragile time. Do things to distract you - read a book, go for a walk, go out for a cup of coffee, take nice long baths, anything to ease your mind a bit.

Take care.
Thanks for this!
