Does anyone know of a good support group I can visit to get some ideas about how to deal with some martial issues? I know you guys are very supportive and I have vented before here, but I feel like this probably isn't the place. I need to separate my anxiety and my marriage woes because they generally aren't related to one another.
I feel kind of like the issue at hand is trivial compared to a lot of other things going on, but when I dig down to what the issue is on the surface and what it is really about, maybe there's really more to it.
Anyhow, just wanted to see if anyone knew of anything.
Thanks!

Sorry to hear you are having marriage challenges. A couple counseling situation might help. In person has definite advantages.

Here is a google list of options for your city - you might find something more specific. Another option is to get a referral.

We will help however we can.

If youre not opposed to places of worship, churches (usually catholic and christian) have free marriage counseling. Hope it gets better for you, you can p.m. me if you need to talk.
