I'm generaly persone that I want to know my next step, what I will come next,I don't like surprises.
There are time that my mood change a lot,I haven't noticed yet when it happens. For exaple lately I've been worried about my university and a family issue a lot and I noticed that my mood hasn't been stable a lot.For example I wake up with an ok mood then as my day goes on I would feel stress, worried, nervous, hopeless but the times that I would feel happy are very few and won't last lond. When I have negative feels I have also notice that I can't take good breaths,I feel like there is something that is blocking me.When I'm around people it doesn't show but is still there and come out when i'm at home.
I want to feel happy for a long time.I know that is normal to feel those negative feeling at times but I don't like that is happening all the time and last so long.

I don't like this situation. So I want to see a doctor for help. But at times I think that those feelings come from the problems that I have and a doctor won't solve my problems so the feelings will go and that I ming be overreacting and he have people with real serious worries to help.
I realy don't know what to do.
Any thought would be appreciated.

You are correct that a doctor or therapist will not solves your issues. Only you can do that, but they can be great guides. But they are there to help you so take advantage of their time.

You should examine why your mood degrades throughout the day. What thoughts are you focusing on?

Check your university for mental health services they offer.
Thanks for this!
