anxiety grips like an iron fist
i've done nothing to deserve this
makes me cold from inside out
makes my fears outride my doubt
dreamless sleep is what i need
peace and quiet where it will lead
a lovely haven full of love
where angels meet from that place above.
please make me cope with all this strife
not brave enough to end my life.
happiness is yet a dream
so many miles to the lovely stream
where i sit and smile all bad things gone
where i leave my baggage and all is done.
please help me there through thick and thin
at the moment i dont know where to begin.
i will find love i will find care
just need some help in getting there
i wish these memories would fade
and i'd be at peace in my sunny glade.

((((jinny))))

I hope you find that peace in a sunny glade. You deserve it.

There's so much pain in what you wrote, but also a lot of hope.

You write beautifully, by the way. You're a gifted writer and you express what so many of us feel inside. anxiety grips....... anxiety grips.......
