Three times this week I Woke up w intense anxiety/panic physical symptoms. It happened today, Sunday, and nothing was on my mind. My mind wasnt racing or I wasn't thinking of anything in particular just how intense it was (idk maybe the symptoms were too intense to think). I wAs shaking hyperventilating and incredibly tense and restless. Is that something anyone else experiences? Physical symptoms without worrying thoughts? It took abt a half hour to pass. I should have taken my Klonipin (pnr) but I didn't know what was happening and now I'm freaked out.

Forget it. It was a panic attack clearly.

that has happened to me a number of times. i cant explain it either. just woke up in a panic attack. and i couldnt think that i was dreaming something either. so i just figured i was dreaming something or my subconscious was ticking away in my sleep about something i was worried about and triggered that anxiety and the panic attack woke me up.

Been there - it's the worst. To wake-up with body/mind in such panic. Yet no idea why..
