I've been experiencing anxiety worse than I ever could have imagined before. I have a fear of going insane, as well as killing people. I'm not sure what I can do to help it. The mental health "professionals" i see every week sure as hell aren't helping. I get unreasonably angry when there's a lot of noise. When that happens i have a lot of violent urges. It usually ends with me breaking down. I'm not gonna be able to live if this goes on much longer. Can you think of anything that may help?

Have you considered going to hospital. It sounds like you're in somewhat of a crisis.

I've been to hospitals before. I think I'm just going to have to kill myself. If the mental health professionals can't help me, who can? I've tried to help myself, and failed.

Please don't give up. Perhaps what you need is for you/your brain to focus it's attention somewhere else. Why not listen to some musc or watch a movie you like. Or try to do some hobbies, etc. Find something helpful, relaxing and positive.
