Hello I took the little test thing here and got a score of 41 for severe anxiety, wonder how accurate those things are?

Hi Mrs Justice

Well I reckon they're as accurate as you were able to interpret them and respond honestly to at any given point in time.

So I would say if it's ranking you pretty high; you probably are anxious.

And the reverse if results reflected differently.

I've found them to be fairly accurate in pinpointing my feelings. Sometimes it's a little scarey to me that they can figure me out in just a few questions.
