I just found out that I'll be going for a psych evaluation some time next week and I'm slightly panicking about it. Probably has to do with different thoughts I have. I understand that it's for the best, considering I'm the one who asked to get it done in the first place. I feel like I made a mistake but at the same time I don't?
Any advice on how to relax or something?

you didnt make a mistake, this is a good thing!
you are looking for a few answers to some of your questions right? this hopefully will shine some light on whats bothering you

the evaluations arent difficult, it should be easy for you to complete

use deep breathing techniques to remain calm before, during, and after!
klonopin if you have!
be honest about the questions too so that you get an accurate reading
you will be in the hands of a profesional
dont be afraid, you can do it
