I've been struggling with a very uncomfortable and intense anxious/depressed state of mind for the past few weeks. Every day I've acknowledged gets a little better and in the past couple of days I've actually felt alright. Every once in a while though I feel it again, it creeps up on me and I'm so terrified I'll be dragged back into it. I feel like I'm at a fragile spot like I could either get better or crash hard and never come up again.
I need advice on how to keep from slipping again or maybe ways on how to keep my mood up or how to fight it because when the feelings come back I get scared and me being scared makes me anxious which doesn't help anything and increases the possibility of me crashing again which makes me more scared and anxious and you see where I'm going here.

For me keeping my mind busy helps and exercise too. Anything that you know that helps clear your mind. I've heard meditation works for some but it doesn't work for me when I'm really stressed. Only exercise will. Let us know if anything works
