I have a very difficult time taking bad criticism from people. Even if it's really minor, I feel like a complete screw up and either apologize profusely or get upset. It's really hard to control. My whole life I was criticized so much for little things by my family. I guess that's why Im this way now. It's really hard to function when I get so upset and anxious over such small criticisms.

I wish I knew how to deal

 i know how that can feel.
It was really bad for awhile there in my life.
And criticism can sometimes certianly feel like an attack.
Has medication helped any?

I think for me, being on antianxiety like med, and having a T who built up my self worth/view, was what helped me the most when it came to others giving criticism to/about me.
