I havent been coping well this past year. Lost 2 jobs over my stress levels being to high. Lost 2 relationships because they said they could help me and that they love me. Foolishly i believed them and they lied. I feel more alone now then i ever felt. I dont know what to do

you dont say if you are in therapy or not. having a therapist that specializes in anxiety is the key. many will treat it but if they dont specialize in it, you dont get the best treatment you can. you cannot count on others to make you better. that is too big of a responsibilty. it doesnt make them liars. people burn out trying to help people with mental health issues. it is just too much. they dont understand. they get out to take care of themselves. it may sound selfish, but it is not their job to do.
