I'm a huge baseball fan. No this is not about baseball. This is about dealing with crowds at game and concerts. I love going to games and concerts. But the last few years i have been treated like crap by some at games and concerts. When it is baseball season and the off season. I look forward to ging to games. But i have had people at games be hateful to me at games.I'm female and there are a group of guys and a few females that pick on me at Busch stadium. Say mean vebal things to me. They pick on me out of jealousy i think. Jealousy because i grew up with an Ex major league baseball player and we became buddies before he made it big. Baseball and concerts are the few things i enjoy.Going to games at times helps me with my depression. The last few years it has gotten harder to deal with people at games. Before i go to games at times i cry about getting picked on and can't get any sleep the night before. I worry about it and i no longer want to be sociable to people in public. At times i feel like no longer going to games to avoid the jerks. How do i deal with Bully Types? How do i not let them get to me like they do at times? My nerves are shot at times dealing with them and my family.

I would say to go with friends (not sure if you do or not) and either try to ignore the people or stand up for yourself. I have similar issues about certain public situations, and I am very non-confrontational, but I think you need to try to coach yourself in standing up for yourself.

I know from experience, people continue to harass you if they know they are affecting you.

I wish I could help you more. I know how hard this must be. But try not to let them ruin the things you cherish.

Good Luck.

I tend to not want to go with people i know. They tend to be part of the problem.
