Hi folks i have a quick question., is there any over the counter painkillers i can buy that wont increase my anxiety (GAD.)

I have a nasty thooth ache today and stuck in work which means i will have to get my wife to pick up something for me, as it may be to late again i finish.

I have tried cold a flu tablets before, but soon regreted as the caffeine in them set me off on a panic im afraid painkillers might do the same.

Im not on any medicatiin at the moment only xanax when needed so no interacrion are likely to occur.

Anxiety does not empty tomorrow of its sorrows, but only empties today of its strength.

Tylenol, Ibuprofen, or Naproxen should not cause anxiety. All are over-the-counter and do not have caffeine in them. Hope you feel better soon.
