I'm in therapy and to be honest I'm getting extremely angry. Not at my therapist, but at myself. I can't for the life of me speak to her about anything because of how afraid I get and uncomfortable. Now were on a really sensitive topic and she wants me to talk about it with her so we can sort of move past why I feel a certain way but to be honest I just dont want to. I can handle the topic on my own, I can try to understand why I feel the way I do on my own. She's helped a lot in other areas but this specific one I want to do on my own. I dont know how to word it in an email though because she is 100% okay with me sending her emails and actually encourages it.
Any ideas?? |

What I've done is open word or notepad. Just start typing away it doesn't have to even make sense at first. After you get all the ideas and feelings written down you can organize the thoughts and make it into a cohesive email.
