I have struggled throughout my life with this issue. I have had so many struggles talking to people. It's like my tongue gets tied and I just can't talk. I have improved a lot with medication

The best way I have found out of Social anxiety disorder is to go into social situations with an open mind. We are all learning to improve.

Here are some links that might present new ideas

I am really pleased to hear that you say that your social anxiety is improving with meds, I really am.

My wish for you moving forward is that you continue to make good progress as you have and that you find a sense of belonging with others.

Thank you for sharing this with us.

Dear friend

am glad that you are improving with meds. i would also suggest to make the best use of this and also try other options like deep breathing, meditation, etc. along with the meds.
