My cousin brought up death and I freaked out. I had a lot to eat and I'm so stuffed. My stomach hurts so bad I felt like I was about to die or something. My body is still trembling. My aunt keeps telling me I need to let go of this fear and talk about it but I don't know what it is or where to start. I think it has something to do with a dream I had where I was in the elevator and I went crazy, running around screaming trying to kill myself. I keep feeling like I'm gonna lose control like that all week. I've also been procrastinating scheduling a therapy appointment. I have no idea why. I keep telling myself to do it but I never do.

That sounds upsetting. Do you have anxiety regarding the topic of death? I do. There's a thread from last week about that here in the forum. I hope you'll be able to make that phone call. If not is there someone who could make the call for you?

I am on the same boat as you, I have been battling anxiety and panic attacks since I was about 14, so almost 10 years! Sometimes I think it would be best to just give up and die but I know its not the correct answer. It has been almost a month since my last panic attack and I used to have them almost every day!

There are a few exercises you can use to help control the panic and anxiety, they have helped out tremendously for me. They do not cure you by any means but it does help.

Take a look at anxiousreview . com

its a good read hope I was helpful and remember that you are not alone.
