I struggle with mild anxiety every day. Sometimes it peaks in panic attacks tho. could be anything from a change in routine to having to go get groceries. My pdoc has me on a prn and a daily med to help with the anxiety issues but i feel this undercurrent of stress like all the time i feel like. its always lurking just waiting to pop up and get me. night time has been the worst lately tho. when it gets to be a couple hours before bed my anxiety rises, i think its because insomnia has become an issue again and im up all hours. mostly i just want to find a combo and coping skills that allow for level functioning on a daily basis.

I can really relate to your post. I suffer from anxiety and have similar issues in dealing with it. The only difference is that I don't have insomnia thanks to one of my meds.

I hope that you get better soon. Anxiety is very exhausting.

I also have daily anxiety but have meds to help me sleep. It is exhausting though not having control over it. I had blood drawn today and it freaked me out a bit. All in the head, it didn't even hurt! Felt faint and anxious. Maybe you can see dr about meds to help you sleep? Good luck
