This anxiety got me today. I can't stand it. The shaking, cant sit still. And I just wanna ram my truck into something. I feel like you Jinny. I just wanna scream. I cant' take it.

Im at work now. And no, nothing has worked except drinking to much. and i dont wanna do that either. Ughh

I do scream when I'm in the car, or sing really really loud :-) Get one of your favorite confort songs on CD and put it on repeat and just keep singing it out loud.

i have been feeling that way alot myself lately. it sucks too. there's really no advice i can give on the matter but just know i am here and lots of others are too. when i feel like i am going to lose control i go into a room alone and sit in silence and try to concentrate on my breathing. it sometimes helps calm me down. hope you find relief soon.

Your welcome...

I don't know much about your history. Taking medications? Therapy? that sort of thing...If not and it is getting worse probably time to talk to someone professionally. If you are then it sounds like additional therapy session to get you through this combined with possible change in med dosages?

Hi Direction. Have to wait till the end of next month to see regualr doctor. I called them last week. I wanted off these meds im on and they said no.

As far as going to a pdoc, my insurance doesnt covrer it and those resources are not avaiable to me down here yet.

So, Im just kinda screwed for another month and a half.

Thanks for takin interest in me. I have just had a rotten awful day again.
