Can anyone recommend any books or interactive work books that actually help you overcome anxiety, specifically in social situations?

I have a problem where if I feel uncomfortable in a situation I flee.

Schizoaffective disorder Bipolar type
PTSD
Social Anxiety Disorder
Anorexia Binge/Purge type

Eta There's also one for depression by: Patricia D Robinson.
