Sometimes I just get deeply obsessed with a person - think about them all the time, spend time googling them, watching their youtube, looking at their instagram. Sometimes it feels like a crush, sometimes jealousy, sometimes I am their friend, sometimes I long to be their friend.
But I am here because I want to know how I can cope with these obsessions, or stop it if possible? I waste so much time thinking about them. Does anyone else do this? |

Anyways, i have not found something to help this obsession. Sorry. I deal with it at times and think of what I should tell the person and things like that. I probably have ASD so at times I want to tell people I know this because I don't act appropriately in social situations a lot of the time so I think about telling them this but I'm afraid of judgment and stuff. Sorry I went really off topic. I don't know anything to help cope with this sorry. Sent from my SGH-I747M using Tapatalk
