For the past 10-20 mins I've been feeling like my head is spinning and its freaking me out and I'm trying not to freak out because I'm studying for a really important exam tomorrow. I was gonna call my therapist but I don't have time to schedule an appointment any time soon. What the **** is going on and how do I find my chill?

Was/is there more than head spinning? Like heart racing or feeling nausea? Head spinning as in dizziness?

Are you anxious about your exam tomorrow? That may be one of the reasons of your head spinningness. Are you physically sick in some way? That could be the cause for it also.

Hope this helps Freaking out but trying not to freak out. Help please. .

Hi Varahh

Perhaps this has been caused by studying too hard and a short period of rest while you have a cup of coffee might help. If this does persist mentioning it to the Dr. would be best. I hope and pray you have a really great day. God bless and best wishes from your friend Francis
