I am always worried im going to get sick... or some sort of disease. Or that im going to have a blood clot or hemorrhage.. i always think about it. The doc just recently gave me a full blood workup and everything is fine but i am still constantly thinking about it... this isn't normal

Did you mention it to your doctor, your concern about being ill or becoming ill? Maybe a therapist could help you.

I have a close friend that worries she is developing serious health conditions on a regular basis. It really troubles her and it seems to be anxiety-based.

Unfortunately i do not have a family physician (they are scarce in my city) so i have to rely on drop in clinics. The last time i saw a doc i was so focused on getting my meds changed i didnt mention it. I was at emerg at the hospital and hospitals are an anxiety trigger for me unfortunately. I do also suffer from ptsd, gad, social anxiety and panic disorder so that may be triggers as well. But i will make an appointment to talk to someone about it. 😊
