Do you lose your appetite when you are stressed? Normally I struggle with compulsive overeating, and my meds have also hugely contributed to massive weight gain. But lately I've been under a lot of stress from a lot of different sources. It's flying at me from all sides - personal, family, school/practicum. I feel so fragile emotionally, and my appetite has almost completely disappeared. It would be great if i could lose weight, but I want it to happen because I'm being healthy.

Well it's not so great really, because you have no energy.

I can't eat or sleep when I'm stressed. I just throw up everything I eat if I'm anxious. Same happens if I eat too much milk-based food and get anxious.

I'm so sick of medication because of side effects, and I don't have long term coverage for medication. The coverage I have right now will run out by April.

When ever I am stresssed, or anxious, I eat a ton. I went on medication, and within the first week I lost 7lbs. It is the first time I have been medicated for anxiety and now food is gross....

Really, you have no energy? I'd hope it would be all flowers and roses!
