My anxiety was low enough this morning that I forgot to take my med until 9am. And the meds have kept it at bay all day. Yippee!!

Calmer but I slept most of the day and now I won't be able to get to sleep and I want to get up early. Not sure how this will work out. Just because I wanted to escape my life today.

hi Angelique

I am sorry you are so upset. Is there anything that we can do to help? I hope and pray you feel much better soon. God bless and best wishes from your friend Francis

Thank you, Francis. No, no one can really help me. I just have to cope the best I can with the anxiety and everything else.

Woke up in a full blown panic from a nightmare that I had about past abuse. Took some medicine and waiting for things to calm down.

My anxiety was through the roof today for about 3 or 4 hours.
I seem to be better now but I am not sure what set it off like that.
I guess I just have a lot of unknowns in my life right now.

Last night I went to bed tired, fell asleep for a few minutes, then woke up anxious and wide awake. Happens too often. Hate it.

I'm anxious and feeling light-headed.

I think I'm also experiencing separation anxiety.

Woke up calmer than yesterday but still a little anxious about hanging out with more family today. Excited yet anxious at the same time. Been on vacation 10 days now with 5 more to go but I'm, beginning to miss home.

Anxiety is bad today. Not sure what is causing it but then that's usually the way it is with me. It always seems to come out of nowhere.

I wake up to fear every morning.I take rimeron at night which helps a lot.I have daily readings which also help, daily reflections from AA,codependent no more by Melody Beaty and courage to change from Alanon.I attend meetings on a daily basis which gives me emotional "we" support which also helps.

Anxiety only allowed me two hours sleep last night. Moderately anxious now and tired.

In general my anxiety level has gone down. But anxiety will sometimes awaken me at night.
