I had this occur to me during my adolescence. I think it was related to my social anxiety. I still get like that, really shy around people. There are certain situations I feel less anxious in, but I still feel shy. I am more talkative when I am around people I am familiar with. What can be done to lessen the social anxiety? I am already on 40mg Celexa.

Positive thinking can really help with the anxiety but u have to get out of your comfort zone and make an effort to face the anxiety day by day.
