Whenever i have to walk around especially outside i get paranoid that someone is following me or watching me or wants to hurt me. this happens in my house too. i like at least one person with me on the floor at the same time as me. the littlest noise or creek in the floor scares me. i also see random shadows in the dark at night or in the middle of the day in dark areas of my house. how do i make this stop?
