Could be a panic attack. Have you consulted a doctor?

Diagnosed with ocd, gad and Schizoaffective , I'm on quite a few meds one being an anti psychotic med I take three times a day, I would imagine the anti psychotic would also help with the attacks, maybe I just need a higher dose

Sounds like a panic attack to me also. Do you take anything for panic attacks? Does this happen when you have to talk to people or randomly? Hope you feel better Extremely anxious.

Yes, I experience this many times throughout every day. Do speak with your prescribing doctor, because maybe something needs to be worked around with your medication.

I just started taking hydroxyzine, might have to take 2 each time for the time being, the attacks happen randomly, thanks for the input, I'm just now starting to talk about my issues outside the walls of the doctor and I'm starting to see I'm not alone in this

Have you talked to your pdoc about panic disorder? If these attacks are disrupting your life, you should mention it. I am starting to get them too.
