Thanks for posting that. I've just read it and it's really made me think about where some of my anxiety might stem from. I've only just read it and feel I need to let it sink in a little, but I feel like...don't know how to word it...it's not something I'd ever thought of before, but now I feel like maybe this is where some of my previously unexplained anxiety symptoms might be coming from? Thank you.
