I'm exhausted. My mind keeps racing to find things wrong with me. I just had some hives and here I am thinking i'm allergic to my dinner. I can't take this anymore. I'm going crazy worrying about it. Thankfully, I have a dr appt tomorrow. Sorry I just needed to release my fear.

I know how you feel. Some days are worse then others, but all it take is one pain or something on my skin to set me off. Webmd is the best and yet the worst website for people like us. Sometimes I feel like I am crazy for thinking these things, especially when I ask like a friend if they see what I see and they don't. I still can't help but worry though.

dani, I used to have irrational thoughts about my health too. My fear was cancer. Every little thing I had, I was convinced it was cancer. The psychologist will be able to help you with this, so I'm so glad you have an appointment. Good luck
